. They all represent different aspects of an individual's well-being. As people grow older, they may experience more issues such as joint pain, hypertension, or even dementia, but in general, if they keep up with their overall health. People need to maintain good health, especially during old age. The average person in this world lives more than 50 years – that’s almost 20 years more than what you have if your age goes by 40 years.  The best diet, according to some studies, is the Mediterranean Diet.  Elderly people are recommended to consume more vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin B3, vitamin C, and selenium every day. Also, they should consume fresh fruit and vegetables every day. Most importantly, exercise, because the elderly need daily physical exercise to preserve their joints and balance their weight. In addition, they must stay moving throughout their lifetime. To stay active throughout your life one must learn how to manage stress and anxiety.                                             There are various ways to manage daily activities. According to researchers, it would be better to reduce the level of cortisol in a person by eating less processed food, increasing fiber intake, and drinking coffee. When one eats too many carbs they should get them from fermented products or brown bread. They might also opt for low-sugar diets or low-fat diets. Many studies suggest that nature, such as walking, biking, hiking, swimming, etc., are good methods for keeping the cardiovascular system healthy and improving physical fitness. On a personal note, I used to work out regularly when I worked in my office. However, I realized that I didn't need to do anymore to make it easier. Now, I only exercise for two reasons: I want to slow down and feel refreshed, and I'm not sure how.

Reasons                                                                                                                                                      The reason why I stop exercising is that I feel tired and it doesn't help at all. I often feel like I haven't slept after a day. Exercise helps me get mentally and physically back to normal. My doctor gives me exercises and workouts that help calm my depression. During the week, I can walk for 20 minutes at most, as long as I am wearing shoes. With proper exercise, one can burn calories, improve muscle strength, and also improve blood circulation.

.In conclusion, everyone wants to live a healthy and happy life, but unfortunately, healthy life isn't easy, especially if a person is overweight or obese. Being obese or overweight results from a poor diet and lack of exercise. Both lifestyle choices make people look and feel better. Even if a person is overweight or obese that doesn't mean they are doomed to develop diabetes and cancer, although there is no doubt that obesity causes both. Obesity may cause diabetes due to insulin resistance, high blood pressure, or even inflammatory bowel disease. Moreover, one of the leading causes of death worldwide, heart failure, is caused by a heart attack. An obese person's arteries might be blocked by fatty deposits that lead to coronary heart failure.
